Craig V. Morton co-founded Morton & Germany,
PLLC with Jeffrey D. Germany in 1998. Mr. Morton was admitted to
practice in Tennessee in state courts, as well as the United States District
Court for the Western District in 1991. He subsequently gained admission to the
United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Fifth Circuits in 1994 and
2003, respectively. His primary practice areas are criminal defense and personal
injury litigation.
Mr. Morton is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense
Lawyers, the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Association
of Trial Lawyers of America and the Memphis Bar Association.
