Jeffrey D. Germany has extensive experience in the area of civil
litigation. He concentrates his practice in the areas of construction defect
litigation, creditors' rights, commercial litigation, workers compensation, and
personal injury litigation, including spinal cord injury (SCI), traumatic brain
injury (TBI) and other catastrophic injuries.
Mr. Germany was admitted to
practice in Arkansas in 1985 and in Tennessee in 1986. In 1988, Mr. Germany was
recognized as an Outstanding Young Man of America. He has been listed as an
Honored Professional in the National Register's Who's Who in Executives and
Professionals since 2000. Mr. Germany has also taught Business Law at Crichton
College in Memphis, Tennessee.
Mr. Germany is a member of the executive
board of directors of the Chickasaw Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is
also a member of the board of directors of the AutoZone Liberty Bowl. Mr.
Germany has previously served as a director of East Memphis Young Life and the
Touchdown Club of Memphis. Mr. Germany is a member of the University of Arkansas
Alumni Association and serves as an Alumni Ambassador.
