Jeffrey D. Germany has extensive experience in the area of civil litigation. He concentrates his practice in the areas of construction defect litigation, creditors' rights, commercial litigation, and serious personal injury litigation, including spinal cord injury (SCI), traumatic brain injury (TBI) and other catastrophic injuries.
Mr. Germany is a graduate of the University of Arkansas' Walton College of Business Administration and the University of Arkansas' School of Law. He was admitted to practice in Arkansas in 1985 and in Tennessee in 1986. In 1988, Mr. Germany was recognized as an Outstanding Young Man of America. He has been also been listed in the National Register's Who's Who in Executives and Professionals. Mr. Germany has taught Business Law at Crichton College in Memphis, Tennessee.
Mr. Germany has served as a member of the board of directors of the Chickasaw Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the AutoZone Liberty Bowl, East Memphis Young Life and the Touchdown Club of Memphis. Mr. Germany is an active member of the University of Arkansas Alumni Association and serves as an Alumni Ambassador.
