Shawn Cardwell

M. Shawn Cardwell has been an associate attorney with the firm since August 2010.  Prior to that, he practiced law in Alaska for a small civil litigation and insurance defense firm based in Anchorage.  Mr. Cardwell retired from the United States Marine Corps in 2001 after twenty years of honorable service, and received his law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2006.  Mr. Cardwell is a member in good standing of the Alaska and Tennessee bars, and is licensed to practice law in both states.  Mr. Cardwell primarily handles personal injury, probate, contract, and creditor's rights cases for Morton & Germany, PLLC.
