Robert Vest was admitted to practice law in Tennessee in 2001 and then in the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee in 2002. He focuses his practice in the areas of Civil and Criminal Litigation.

Mr. Vest also has a strong belief in commitment to the community. Robert has served on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce of Loudon County, the board of Directors of the Good Samaritan Center, President of the Lenoir City Rotary Club, Rotarian of the Year for 2004, sat as special substitute Judge in Loudon County General Sessions and Lenoir City Courts, and served as secretary of the Loudon County Bar Association.

Mr. Vest has also felt a civic duty to participate in the elective process. Mr. Vest served two terms as the Chairman of the Loudon County Democratic Party. Mr. Vest was elected in 2004 as a delegate from the State of Tennessee to the Democratic National Convention.

    Robert was born June 21, 1975 in Knoxville, Tennessee. His parents are Richard and Alice Vest. Robert has three brothers: Richard Vest II, Breck Vest, and Rev. William Vest.
