Our Members:

Jeffrey D. Germany was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1985 and to the Tennessee Bar in 1986. Mr. Germany is licensed in Arkansas and Tennessee and in the Sixth and Eighth Circuits of the Federal Court of Appeals.

Craig V. Morton gained admission to the Tennessee bar in 1991. Mr. Morton is licensed in Tennessee and has been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts in Tennessee as well as the Fifth and Sixth Circuits of the Court of Appeal. Mr. Germany and Mr. Morton also appear in the State of Mississippi, pro hac vice, subject to the provisions of Mississippi Code Section 72-3-39 and Mississippi Supreme Court Rule 46.
